TEXT CAMP - Now open

Applications are now open for TEXT CAMP, a writing mentorship program for emerging arts writers as part of the 2008 Next Wave Festival.

TEXT CAMP will be a three-stage program that will involve a workshop, a mentorship and a publication outcome.

TEXT CAMP will be led by prominent young Australian writers, Rosemary Forde and Nic Low. The program will help emerging writers build networks and will contribute to the critical and creative discourse surrounding the 2008 Next Wave Festival this May.

Comprising two parallel teaching streams that explore either creative writing or critical writing methods, TEXT CAMP will explore the many ways that artworks and performance projects can be responded to through writing.
