Next Wave Time Lapse artist Eric Bridgeman’s work The Sport and Fair Play of Aussie Rules is in an exhibition at the Australian Centre for Photography in Sydney titled Mind Games: Photography, Identity and Play, on now until 6 March 2010.

A group show at West Space features new work by Next Wave alumni. The Aesthetics of Joy features is cureated by Bernhard Sachs and Brad Haylock and includes Tai Snaith (Hit & Miss), Kel Glaister, Simon Pericichand Veronica Kent alongside Lizzy Newman, Paul Quinn, David Simpkin, Brie Trennary, Kellie Wells and Nicki Wynnychuk. And, Next Wave regulars post are presenting a showing of new work as part of the Sydney Theatre Company’s Rough Draft program. Zoe Coombs Marr, Mish Grigor and Natalie Rose will have the run of Wharf 1 for a week-long workshop on their latest work Who’s The Best?. During the week the trio will generate material through gruelling improvisational tasks that they will then sculpt into a script. 5pm on Saturday 20 February, 2010.
